Refund Policy
Peterson Software Systems, Inc. has a No Refund Policy on all of our software applications and products, including the Osen XP Suite and Osen Vista Suites.
We do this because we offer free, fully functional trial versions of our software (except Access 2 SQLite & Access 2 MySql) that you can download and try before you buy. These trial versions allow you to test the software before you decide to make a purchase.
There is a No Refund Policy on ALL Custom ordered and made Software Programs. For these items, however, you don't pay until you are completely satisfied!
We also provide an electronic download of software purchased. This download is available immediately after a purchase is made through PAY-PAL, and the funds are transferred into our account.
There is no way to guarantee that our software was actually removed from a system after it is installed, so this is also a way to help fight fraudulent activity.
