Peterson Software Systems, Inc. offers free support to anyone having a question about general issues relating to our Software Programs. We also will try and answer questions from anyone having a problem or issue related to programs written using Visual Basic 6 and also other programming issues realated to website development such as php, FancyBox, Tool Tips, etc.
This Section is not quite completed as of yet, so first look at the FAQ's sections, then check the Forum. Please sign up for the Forum and help to get this valuable support function started. The Forum is monitored by us and by Osen Kusnadi.
If nothing here helps, please Contact Us and try to explain the question(s) thoroughly and provide information about your computer and operating system. If you are getting error messages, provide the exact wording of these messages and/or attach a screenshot of the problem.
We try and respond to every question within one (1) working day. Depending on the complexity of the issue - it might take longer but you will be advised by e-mail of this situation.
